Say what you need to ask a new customer, and get the form that asks it.
The job is not building a form. Anybody can build a form. The job is that you keep ringing people back for the one thing you forgot to ask, and a form that asks the same questions every time is what stops that.
Free while we are in pilot. No card, no catch.
No form builder
Say what you need to know and the questions, the order, and the required ones come back. No dragging fields around, no building a form to ask a customer three things.
What it does
Say what you need to know before you can quote, in a sentence or two. It comes back with the questions, worded the way you would say them, in a sensible order, with the ones you genuinely cannot proceed without already marked. Then you fix whatever is not quite right, which is a much smaller job than starting with an empty field list.
No date of birth, no social security number, no bank or card details, nothing medical, unless you ask for it yourself. Every extra question costs you enquiries and leaves you holding personal information about strangers that you never wanted and now have to look after.
Short answer, long answer, email, phone, a number, a date, choose one, choose any number, yes or no. Add them, reword them, move them up and down, mark them required. There is no canvas and no grid, and it comes out right on a phone whatever you do.
The form lives at an address you pick, and gets a QR code pointing at it, so it can go on a van, a card, an invoice or a shop window. Change the address later and the code is repointed for you.
An answer to a question that is not on your form is thrown away rather than stored. A choice nobody was offered does not count as a choice. An email address that is not one is sent back to be fixed rather than filed. And the form knows the difference between a person and something filling in every box it can find.
An email the moment somebody sends one, with the answers in it, to whichever address you name or to everybody on the account. An enquiry nobody hears about is an enquiry lost.
If you have the Website tool, a form drops onto any page of it as a section. Somebody reading about what you do can ask you for a price without going anywhere else, which is the moment most enquiries are actually lost.
Read them in a list, mark them dealt with, take the lot away as a spreadsheet whenever you want, and delete any of them for good. We keep a one way hash of where an answer came from so one machine cannot flood you, and never the address itself.
How it works
Say what you need from a new customer. The questions, their order and the required ones come back as a form.
Put it on your site, in a text, or behind a code. No account needed to fill it in.
Every response lands together, the same shape every time, so quoting is fast and the quotes line up.
Who it is for
Build the form that asks it, without building a form.
