Small business tools, one at a time.

Most software sells you eleven things to get the two you actually needed. This is the other way round: everything here is separate, you switch on only what you want, and the rest stays out of your way.

One sign in for all of it, and no password to remember.

Free while we are in pilot. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for.

Being built

These are planned, not available. They are listed so you can see where this is going, not so they can be sold to you today. Open any of them to read what it is being built to do.

How it works

1

Sign in with your email

No password. We email you a six digit code that lasts thirty minutes. There is nothing to remember and nothing to leak when some other website is breached.

2

Switch on what you need

Ask for a tool and we turn it on for your account. If you run two businesses, each one is its own account with its own records and its own people.

3

Bring in whoever else needs it

Your bookkeeper or your accountant signs in as themselves, with their own address. Everything anybody records is stamped with their name, so the trail stays honest.

Where we draw the line

These tools document. They do not advise.

The S-Corp Toolkit does the arithmetic on figures you give it and produces the paperwork to go with them. It will not tell you what you can claim, what percentage to use, or what your salary should be. Those are judgements for you and your accountant, and software that guessed at them on your behalf would be worth less than nothing on the day it mattered.

These tools are here to be used, not to sell you anything else.
